The Role
Support Senior Financial Advisers in the provision of advice and ongoing service to new and existing clients. You will be a key player in assisting advisers in helping them continue to build their relationships with a range of HNW clients.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with client service, implementation and administrative functions.
- Build robust client relationships.
- Meet and Greet clients upon arrival and be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and assist with any ongoing management.
- Contribute ideas/suggestions during team meetings and one-on-one with the management team.
- Assist in month reporting and any ongoing compliance requirements.
- Provide ongoing support to financial planners and other members of the support team

Experience:

- Currently studying or completed financial planning qualifications
- Strong interest in financial advice
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Open to part time or full-time hours
