CQID is seeking a Youth Support Worker to provide frontline support for the YSS/YHARS team in Fraser Coast region, assisting in meeting client case plan outcomes. The role focuses on wellbeing, social connection, engagement, and empowerment for youth aged 12–21.

As part of the Youth Hub Team, you will engage with young people and families, requiring solid communication and collaboration to deliver planned programs within the community.
