Integrated Care 24 (IC24) is seeking Care Co-Ordinators to support NHS 111, Clinical Assessment Service (CAS) and Out of Hours teams. You will own an allocated service area, manage queues, deploy resources and help colleagues deliver protected, timely patient care.

This fast-paced role requires flexible working across shifts, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify risks and escalation needs.
