People & Culture Advisor

- Experienced HR Advisor or P&C; Generalist supporting approximately 110 employees across our Geospatial and Utilities Networks.
- Reports to our P&C; Manager and takes responsibility for a broad range of day-to-day HR activities.
- Robust understanding of Australian employment legislation, the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards.
- Practical experience managing employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, workplace investigations and performance management.
- Confident supporting managers with probation reviews, underperformance, employee issues and difficult conversations.
- Experience managing employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, employment variations and HR documentation.
- Must be highly organised, proactive and capable of independently managing multiple priorities. Experience with Employment Hero would be advantageous.
- Ideally from construction, engineering, infrastructure or another operational business. We're looking for someone ambitious who wants to develop and potentially progress into a more senior P&C; role.
