Job Description

As General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the commercial and operational performance of this significant hospitality destination. Leading a large, diverse team across multiple revenue streams, you will drive business performance while maintaining exceptional standards of service, operational efficiency and team engagement.

This is a hands-on leadership position requiring a commercially astute operator who can manage the complexities of a high-volume, multi-faceted business while building a robust leadership culture and delivering consistent results.

Key responsibilities include:

- Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple restaurants, bars, entertainment and event spaces, ensuring consistency and excellence throughout the business.

- Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, labour management, revenue optimisation and strong cost control.

- Lead, mentor and develop a large management team,



creating a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration and professional development.

- Oversee operational standards, guest experience, compliance and risk management across a complex, high-volume hospitality environment.

- Identify commercial opportunities and implement initiatives that strengthen market positioning, increase profitability and support long-term business growth.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be an experienced hospitality executive with a proven track record of leading large-scale, high-volume venues or multi-outlet hospitality operations. You will bring a strong commercial mindset, exceptional people leadership capabilities and the operational discipline required to manage a business of considerable scale and complexity.

You will be equally comfortable analysing financial performance, developing senior leaders and maintaining a visible presence within the operation.

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

- Significant General Manager or senior operational leadership experience within large-format hotels, hospitality precincts, resorts or comparable multi-outlet businesses.

- Strong financial acumen, including full P&L; accountability, budgeting, forecasting, labour productivity and revenue management.

- A demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams through experienced department heads and operational managers.

- Excellent commercial judgement, organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities within a seasonal, high-volume trading environment.

- A genuine passion for hospitality, a hands-on leadership style and the ability to build an engaged, accountable and service-focused culture.
