About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to lead the design, development, governance and strategic direction of a modern Microsoft 365 and Power Platform environment.This is a hands-on architecture role that combines technical leadership, solution design, Power Platform development and stakeholder engagement. You will shape enterprise digital solutions across SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.Key responsibilitiesDesign and architect enterprise solutions across:Microsoft Power PlatformSharePoint OnlinePower AppsPower AutomateDataverseMicrosoft FormsSharePoint Framework (SPFx)Adobe Sign integrationsLead the end-to-end development lifecycle from discovery and design through to deployment and support.Build and maintain Power Apps / Power Automate solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency.Establish governance frameworks, standards, policies and best practices (including CoE-style approaches).Drive the Power Platform strategy, roadmap and technical direction.Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.Ensure solutions meet security,
