The Opportunity Perigon Group is excited to partner with a leading ASX-listed organisation in search of a Payroll Manager. We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented payroll leader to take ownership of the payroll function across the business. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll lead a small payroll team, own statutory compliance, and act as the go-to payroll expert for employees and senior management. Key ResponsibilitiesProcess payroll accurately and on time, including onboarding, terminations, backpay and keeping employee records up to dateManage leave, including Paid Parental Leave (employer and Government), monthly leave reporting, and annual and long service leave provisionsOwn statutory reconciliations, reporting and payments, including Payroll Tax, IAS, Superannuation, FBT, Payment Times Reporting and Workers CompensationManage payroll accruals at month-end, half-year and year-end, and support audit requirementsLead, train and develop the payroll team,
