Our client, a national law firm is seeking a senior commercial litigator with 4-8 years' PQE to join their growing disputes team in Melbourne.
Working with friendly and approachable partners, you will act on behalf of a broad range of clients including listed companies, major private companies, SMEs and high net wealth individuals.
The disputes work is complex, interesting and diverse including general corporate and commercial disputes, directors and shareholder matters, insolvency and property related matters across a range of jurisdictions. There is also the opportunity to do some appearance work if that’s of interest.
With at least 4 years' PQE with an emphasis on commercial litigation, you are keen to build on your experience and progress your career as a commercial litigator. You are pragmatic and flexible in your approach and aim to achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients. Ideally you are at or close to Senior Associate level.
