Greetings,

We are hiring for the below:

Project Duration/Backfill Support: 16 November 2026 – 11 December 2026

Location: 100 Mount Street, North Sydney 2060

Position: IT Desktop Support

Engagement: Contract

We are looking for experienced IT Desktop Support Engineers for an upcoming project in Sydney.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

- Imaging and device deployment through PXE Boot
- Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
- Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Installing and configuring company profiles
- CyberArk
- Just-In-Time (JIT) access management
- BitLocker encryption
- Apple Business Manager (ABM)
- Windows and Apple device provisioning and configuration
- End-user computing (EUC) support and troubleshooting

Candidate Requirements:

- Hands-on experience in IT deployment and desktop support
- Strong knowledge of device imaging, provisioning, and configuration
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and MDM
- Positive communication and troubleshooting skills
- Must be available for the entire project duration
- Candidates must be based in Sydney or able to work onsite in Sydney
