Event Team Leader

We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on Event Team Leader to help bring our family attractions and events to life.

From dinosaur adventures to inflatable parks and family events, our job is to create experiences people remember. That means being present, bringing the energy and making the little moments special, whether that’s helping a nervous child feel confident or celebrating a family’s first big adventure together.

As Team Leader, you’ll set the tone for the team. You’ll lead by example, keep the day running smoothly and make sure every visitor receives a fun, welcoming and engaging experience.

What you’ll be doing

- Leading and supporting the event team throughout the day.
- Welcoming and entertaining children and families.
- Encouraging the team to interact with visitors, not just supervise an activity.
- Keeping activities organised and monitoring them in line with safety procedures.
- Helping with setup, pack-down and day-to-day presentation.




- Responding to questions, solving problems and keeping communication clear.
- Maintaining high standards across customer service, engagement and the overall experience.

- Love working with children and families.

Experience in events, attractions, entertainment, hospitality or team leadership would be valuable.
