What you'll be doing:

- Connect with people who have expressed an interest in personal and professional development
- Have introductory conversations by phone or Zoom
- Listen, ask questions and understand what people are looking for
- Introduce relevant personal and leadership development programs and resources
- Build genuine professional relationships and follow up
- Use digital and online marketing platforms, along with established systems,



to connect with and engage people.
- Grow alongside others while continuing to develop your communication, leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Manage your own schedule, activity and follow-through
