This role involves becoming a subject matter expert on SuperAPI’s platform, guiding customers through product features, configurations, and best practices.

The Product

Specialist will conduct product demonstrations, support onboarding activities, and collaborate with customer service and sales teams to address user needs. Daily responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, troubleshooting product-related issues, documenting feedback,



and working closely with product and engineering teams to inform enhancements. This role also contributes to training materials, internal knowledge bases, and customer-facing resources to improve product adoption and satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong product-focused capabilities, including experience in Product Specialist or similar roles and a solid understanding of technology platforms.
- Demonstrated analytical skills for interpreting data, diagnosing issues, and translating customer requirements into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, accessible language to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven customer service skills, including empathy, responsiveness, and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
- Sales-related skills such as supporting product demonstrations, identifying opportunities for expansion, and partnering with sales teams on customer success.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an in office team environment in the Greater Melbourne Area, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfort working in a regulatory technology or fintech environment; experience with payroll, superannuation, or compliance solutions is an advantage.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, technology, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in a product or client-facing role.
