Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Crypto Payments Specialist with extensive experience in cryptocurrency transactions, blockchain payment infrastructure, and digital asset operations.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing crypto payment processes, optimizing transaction workflows, evaluating payment technologies, and supporting the integration of blockchain-based financial solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge of cryptocurrency ecosystems with practical experience in payment processing and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize cryptocurrency payment processing operations.

Oversee blockchain-based transactions, payment flows, and settlement procedures.

Evaluate cryptocurrency payment providers, blockchain networks, and transaction infrastructure.

Monitor transaction performance, processing efficiency, and network fees.

Develop and maintain relationships with payment processors, liquidity providers, and financial technology partners.

Analyze cross-border cryptocurrency payment solutions and identify opportunities for operational improvements.





Support the integration of cryptocurrency payment systems into existing financial platforms.

Monitor blockchain network activity, transaction reliability, and emerging payment technologies.

Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions.

Collaborate with engineering, finance, compliance, and product development teams.

Develop operational reporting frameworks and payment performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of qualified experience in cryptocurrency, fintech, digital payments, or financial services.

Strong understanding of cryptocurrency payment ecosystems and blockchain technology.

Hands-on experience with cryptocurrency transaction processing and settlement operations.

Knowledge of blockchain networks, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Tron.

Experience working with cryptocurrency payment gateways, exchanges, or digital asset service providers.

Understanding of transaction monitoring, liquidity management, and payment reconciliation.

Familiarity with cryptocurrency wallets, blockchain explorers, and transaction protocols.

Knowledge of AML/KYC requirements and financial compliance standards.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage complex payment operations independently.

Preferred Qualifications





Experience working with institutional cryptocurrency payment solutions.

Knowledge of stablecoin payment infrastructure, including USDC and USDT.

Familiarity with blockchain APIs and payment integrations.

Experience with high-volume cryptocurrency transaction environments.

Understanding of cross-border payment infrastructure.

Previous experience in a fintech, cryptocurrency exchange, or blockchain infrastructure company.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Base Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 USD
