We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor Trainee to join our dealership team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in the automotive industry. Full training will be provided to develop the skills required to assist customers, coordinate vehicle servicing, and support the service department.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist with booking vehicle service and repair appointments.
- Liaise with technicians regarding vehicle progress and repair requirements.
- Communicate service updates and timelines to customers.
- Prepare basic service estimates and invoices under supervision.
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
- Follow up with customers regarding completed repairs and service satisfaction.
- Assist with warranty and service documentation.
- Coordinate vehicle drop-offs and collections.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures.
