Employment Lawyer - Special Counsel / Director (Full or Part-time)

Your role will include (but not limited to)

You will work across a broad range of employment law matters, including:

- termination and dismissals;
- employment contracts;
- dispute resolution;
- discrimination and equal opportunity;
- enterprise bargaining;
- OH&S; advice;
- restructuring, downsizing and outsourcing; and
- workplace policies and training.

About you

You will be an accomplished senior Employment Lawyer who offers:

- strong technical expertise across employment and workplace relations law;




- a proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships;
- a stable and well-established career history;
- excellent communication, drafting and advisory skills;
- a genuine interest in building a long-term practice within a collaborative firm.

The firm is open to appointing at either Special Counsel or Director level, depending on your experience. A Director title is available where an appropriate transferable practice can be demonstrated, while Special Counsel candidates will have a clear pathway towards Directorship.
