THE ROLE & THE WORK

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Corporate M&A; Lawyer with 3 to 5 years’ PAE to join a growing corporate practice, working closely with multiple experienced Corporate Partners on a range of sophisticated transactions.

The team has a strong focus on private M&A; and private equity, with opportunities to gain exposure to listed public company work and broaden your corporate experience.

Your work will include:

- Private M&A; and private equity transactions
- Board and shareholder advisory
- Public M&A;
- Capital raisings and capital markets transactions
- Financing transactions
- Corporate advisory matters
- Other strategic and complex corporate transactions

Working across multiple Partners will expose you to different clients, transaction structures and approaches to practice, helping you develop a well-rounded and commercially focused skillset.

You’ll also have the opportunity to take meaningful responsibility for transactions, with guidance and mentoring from experienced practitioners invested in your development.

The firm has an established client base and strong referral network, so there is no expectation that you generate your own work.
