IR Governance Analyst
Roster: Casual 6-month tenure with view of extension | Working Monday to Friday, Hybrid role

Location: Melbourne, VIC

Duties:

- Primary focus of the role will be working with IR Compliance Program Governance stream team as well as broader program team members to interpret and draft Enterprise Agreement rules and entitlements
- Provide support for activities being delivered by the Governance Stream Specialists and Manager in relation to entitlement compliance investigations and reviews, data analysis and quality assurance of review calculations

Essential Experience:

- Enterprise agreement and Award interpretation
- Understanding of Enterprise Agreement negotiation and implementation processes
- Employment law or industrial relations experience – Other backgrounds with solid experience interpreting and drafting Agreement interpretations
- Experience and knowledge in how instrument entitlements connect to pay results

Desired Experience:





- Pay compliance investigations, projects and initiatives
- Pay and time data analysis or general data analysis skills
