Position Overview

Join dormakaba as an Operations Support Officer in Coorparoo, supports our Commercial Market Operations team with administration, documentation and process improvement.

The role is 38 hours per week, with a minimum of three days in the office. Occasional travel may be required.

What you will do

- Create process maps and procedures that make teamwork easier.
- Keep SharePoint documents and training materials current and accessible.
- Coordinate meetings, track project progress and provide administration support.
- Collate stocktake information and support stock reporting.
- Assist with fleet reporting, vehicle orders and pricing comparisons.

What we require

- Relevant administration and coordination experience
- Robust attention to detail and accurate document management.
- Transparent communication and a diplomatic approach to working with different teams, building cooperation, and working to resolve operational challenges through process documentation.
- A proactive, inquisitive and resilient approach, with a continuous-improvement mindset, a sense of urgency and ownership of tasks through to completion.




- Full Time availability with possibility for travel between locations infrequently
