Animal Emergency Service (AES) Coomera is a new, purpose-built 24/7 emergency veterinary hospital being developed on the northern Gold Coast. Through our open hospital approach, we aim to make care more visible, communication more open, and pet owners more involved in their pet’s emergency care journey, where safe and appropriate.
Located within the Coomera Home Ideas Centre, the hospital has been thoughtfully designed to deliver exceptional patient care, strengthen connections with pet owners, and foster a cooperative environment for veterinary teams.

About the role
As part of this exciting next chapter, we are seeking Client Care Representatives to join our opening team. Several Permanent part time and casual opportunities available.
Emergency care is about more than clinical treatment. It is also about helping owners understand what is happening, the options available, and what may come next. You will work as part of a team that recognises each client as an integral part of their pet’s journey, keeping them informed and inviting appropriate participation in treatment decisions.

What you will be doing
As a Client Care Representative, you will manage front-of-house operations including client communication, scheduling, administration, and patient admissions and discharges.
Your empathy, professionalism,



and ability to remain calm under pressure will help create a smooth and compassionate experience for both clients and referring vets.
This is a permanent part times role with a mix of early morning, night, weekend, and public holiday shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- -Provide exceptional service via phone, email, and in person
- -Coordinate patient admissions and discharges with accurate records
- -Support invoicing, payments, and general administration
- -Assist with client follow-ups and promotional activities
- -Communicate with warmth, empathy, and professionalism
- -Participate in team meetings and training initiatives

What We’re Looking For

- -Experience in a client service or administrative role ideally in the veterinary industry
- -Strong communication and organisational skills
- -High emotional intelligence and resilience in a fast-paced environment
- -Confident using multiple systems simultaneously, with the ability to quickly learn new technology and maintain accurate records in a rapid-paced environment.
- -Availability to work a variety of evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays
