About the Position An exciting opportunity is available for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join the team.

Working alongside experienced dental practitioners, you will play an essential role in supporting daily clinical procedures, maintaining high standards of patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of the dental centre.

This position is ideal for a Dental Assistant who enjoys a varied clinical role, thrives in a collaborative environment and is looking to further develop their experience across a broad range of dental treatments.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing chairside assistance to dentists during general, preventative and restorative dental procedures.
- Assisting with treatments including examinations, fillings, crowns, extractions, root canal treatments and cosmetic dentistry.
- Preparing treatment rooms, instruments and dental equipment for daily appointments.




- Maintaining high standards of infection control, sterilisation and clinical hygiene.
- Supporting patients throughout their appointments and ensuring they feel comfortable and well cared for.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and assisting with general administrative duties when required.
- Working collaboratively with dentists and the wider team to ensure efficient daily operations.

Key Requirements We are looking for a motivated Dental Assistant who takes pride in their work and enjoys providing exceptional patient care.

Ideally, you will have:

- Previous experience working as a Dental Assistant, highly regarded.
- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting, advantageous but not essential.
- Knowledge of dental procedures, infection control and sterilisation practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, compassionate and professional approach to patient care.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude, reliability and a genuine willingness to learn.
