About the Role

We are partnering with a leading commercial contractor on a major tilt-up panel project based in Busselton. This is a long-term role expected to run for 1 year or more. We are looking for experienced, trade-qualified Concreters who can work autonomously, deliver quality workmanship, and start immediately.

This is a DIDO (Drive-In Drive-Out) role with accommodation provided in office for the duration of the project.

Key Duties

- Carry out general concreting work including pouring, screeding, and related tasks
- Assist with formwork setup/stripping, laying poly and mesh as required




- Work efficiently and independently to meet project deadlines
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment in line with site protocols

Skills & Requirements

- Proven commercial or civil concreting experience (not an entry-level or TA role)
- Concrete finishing experience is preferable
- Tilt-Panel ticket preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
- Current Construction White Card
- Own basic hand tools
- Willing and able to commit to a DIDO roster
