Hastings Macleay Clinical Network

Mid North Coast Local Health District is seeking Staff Specialists in Emergency Medicine to join the Hastings Macleay Clinical Network. Multiple positions are available for emergency physicians who want to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in a regional emergency and critical care setting. You will provide specialist clinical leadership on the floor, consult patients of other medical teams, and work within a multidisciplinary team committed to patient safety, quality improvement and continuity of care.

Teaching is central to the role, with opportunities to supervise and educate junior medical staff, nursing staff and students at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, along with involvement in research and quality improvement.



We welcome applications from specialists registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Specialist Emergency Physician, including those on the overseas trained specialist pathway, with FACEM held or expected within 12 months of appointment.
