About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Desktop Deployment Engineer to join a global market-leading organisation based in Perth CBD.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on technical professional with strong experience in desktop deployments, endpoint management and Microsoft technologies. You will play a key role in supporting desktop deployment activities, configuring devices and ensuring a smooth technology experience for end users across the business.

Working within a professional enterprise IT environment, you will be responsible for device provisioning, deployment, troubleshooting and providing technical support throughout the deployment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

- Perform desktop and laptop deployments, builds, configuration and provisioning.
- Utilise Microsoft SCCM and Intune for device deployment and endpoint management.
- Perform PXE boot deployments and troubleshoot imaging and operating system build issues.
- Configure and deploy Windows devices in an enterprise setting.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system and connectivity issues.
- Provide technical support across the Microsoft technology stack, including Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
- Diagnose and resolve deployment-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to end users.
- Assist with device refreshes, upgrades, migrations and ongoing endpoint management activities.




- Maintain accurate deployment records and technical documentation.
- Work closely with internal IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful deployment outcomes.

Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven experience in a Desktop Deployment Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer or similar technical role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM / Configuration Manager.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
- Experience performing PXE boot deployments, operating system imaging and device builds.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, operating systems and networking.
- Experience supporting the broader Microsoft technology stack, including Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a busy enterprise environment.
- Previous experience working within large corporate or enterprise environments will be highly regarded.
