* Contact existing customers and develop new customer relationships.

* Make outbound calls and send emails to follow up on sales enquiries and generate new business opportunities.

* Prepare quotations and assist with tender submissions.

* Follow up on quotations, customer enquiries and outstanding orders.

* Provide general customer service and maintain regular communication with customers.

* Welcome and assist customers attending the factory to collect their orders.

* Provide general office administration and sales support.

* Assist with organising stock, maintaining inventory records and keeping the factory and storage areas tidy when required.

Skills and Experience

* Good verbal and written English communication skills.

* Previous experience in internal sales,



customer service, administration or a similar role.

* Previous experience in Window covering industry exprience is highly desirable

* Good telephone manner and confidence in communicating with customers.

* Robust organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

* Reliable, proactive and willing to assist with a variety of duties.

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 per week
