- Pay: $35.00 – $38.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- Expected Hours: 24.0 – 38.0 hours per week (Part time or Full-time available)
- Work Location: In person (Inside Stockland Mall, Merrylands)

Are you an experienced Practice Manager looking for a rewarding, hands-on leadership role?

Pioneer Medical Practice is a busy, independently owned medical centre located on the ground floor of Stockland Merrylands (right next door to ALDI, and on the same floor as Coles and Woolworths). We are looking for a proactive Medical Practice Manager to run our day-to-day operations. Working directly with our practice owner, doctors, and team, you will play a key role in keeping our clinic running smoothly and making sure our patients get great care.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Operations & Leadership: Lead our front-desk team and manage daily clinic work so patients flow through easily and reception runs smoothly.
- Billing & Accounts: Handle Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, and private billing, along with invoicing and Medicare follow-ups.
- Team & Rosters: Create staff rosters, help hire new team members, and run staff training.
- Standards & Compliance: Keep up with RACGP / AGPAL medical centre standards and rules.
- Computer Systems: Manage practice software and daily workflows (Best Practice experience preferred).

About You

- Experience: At least 1–2 years working in general practice or healthcare management.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Capability: Confident handling a busy, high-volume medical centre.
- Work Rights: Must have full rights to work in Australia.
