Deionno Electrical & Solar is a local, owner-run solar and battery company in Adelaide’s northern suburbs. We do all our installs with our own in-house electricians, never subbies, and we’re growing quick. We’re adding a fourth install crew, and we need an experienced A-grade sparky to lead it.

The role
You’ll run your own install crew on residential solar and battery jobs across Adelaide. You’ll lead each job from start to sign-off, look after the apprentices on your crew, and make sure every install is tidy, compliant and done right the first time.

What you’ll do

- Lead an install crew on residential solar and battery installs
- Install, test and sign off grid-connected solar and battery systems using quality brands like GoodWe and Sungrow
- Lodge the certificate of compliance on the day of install
- Keep job cards and photos up to date in ServiceM8
- Train, guide and look after the apprentices on your crew




- Represent our business well on customers’ sites

What we’re looking for

- Unrestricted SA electrical licence
- SAA accreditation for grid-connected solar and battery installs
- Solid hands-on solar and battery install experience
- Comfortable working at heights and on roofs
- Current driver’s licence
- Pride in tidy, compliant work and in leading a crew

What you’ll get
