The Opportunity

We’re looking for a hands-on Service Technician to join our WA team, supporting the technology our healthcare customers rely on every day. You’ll enjoy plenty of variety, autonomy and problem-solving, while building strong customer relationships and growing your expertise in healthcare technology.

What you'll be responsible for:

- Deliver preventative maintenance, reactive service, fault finding and minor works across customer sites.

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, minimising downtime and keeping customer systems operating reliably.

- Complete system repairs, replacements, upgrades and modifications safely and to a high standard.

- Build strong relationships with customers and work closely with internal teams and vendors to deliver great service outcomes.

- Maintain accurate service records, tools and equipment, while ensuring all work meets company, customer and WHS requirements.

What We're Looking For

- Experience servicing, maintaining and troubleshooting communications, electronics or related technology systems, with strong fault-finding skills

- Experience delivering preventative and reactive maintenance, with exposure to installations or minor works

- A customer-focused approach, strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

- Relevant qualification in Electronics, Electrical, Communications or Telecommunications is desirable





- Open Cabling Licence and Certificate III in Telecommunications Technology, or willingness to obtain these with company support

- Current unrestricted Driver’s Licence, plus a White Card and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain required checks

- Strong commitment to safety, quality and accurate documentation, with confidence using mobile and job management systems

- Willingness to participate in an on-call roster and meet customer site access requirements where required
