Key Responsibilities:

- Provide compassionate support to clients with disabilities and aged care needs.
- Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and community engagement.
- Follow individual care plans and procedures to meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.
- Ensure the safety, dignity, and comfort of all clients at all times.

Requirements:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability, Ageing, or Community Care).
- Yellow Card




- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Experience supporting clients with disability and/or aged care needs.
- Excellent communication, reliability, and a team-oriented approach.
- Immediate availability is preferred.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $38.00 – $43.00 per hour
