You’ll work alongside our Head Chef and kitchen team, helping prepare and serve quality breakfast dishes in a fast-paced, friendly environment. Whether you’re looking to build your skills or take the next step in your kitchen career, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

- Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to a great standard
- Helping run breakfast service and keeping things moving smoothly
- Assisting with daily prep and kitchen operations
- Maintaining food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Keeping your section clean, organised, and food-safe
- Working closely with the Head Chef and the rest of the team

What we’re looking for

- Around 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
- Some experience with breakfast service is a plus
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn




- Someone reliable who enjoys working as part of a team
- Valuable organisation and the ability to handle a busy service
