ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As Area Manager, you’ll lead our six-store Shoes & Sox NSW network, reporting to the Head of Retail. As a leader of leaders, you’ll empower Store Managers to achieve their best, drive sales growth, and build a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement while bringing the Shoes & Sox brand promise to life.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Coach and develop Store Managers to maximise performance and engagement.
- Drive sales, profitability, and regional KPI and budget targets.
- Build talent pipelines through succession planning and leadership development.
- Analyse business performance to identify growth and productivity opportunities.
- Ensure operational excellence and consistent brand standards across six stores.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and champion an inclusive, customer-first culture.

ABOUT YOU

You’re an inspiring, commercially minded retail leader who knows how to deliver results through people. You’ll bring:

- Proven multi-site retail leadership experience, ideally in fashion, footwear, or specialty retail.
- Solid commercial acumen and a track record of achieving sales and KPI targets.
- Exceptional coaching, communication, and people development skills.
- The ability to analyse performance,



lead change, and build high-performing teams.
- Flexibility to travel across NSW.
