Key responsibilities

- Prepare, cut, trim, debone and portion meat.
- Maintain quality control and safe meat-handling practices.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
- Assist customers with meat selection and cutting requests.
- Maintain a clean, secure and organised work environment.
- Assist with stock management and daily operations.

Requirements

- Reliable, punctual and responsible.
- Previous professional butchery experience is essential.
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Good communication, teamwork and food safety practices.

- Operate the checkout and process transactions accurately.
- Restock shelves and maintain product displays.
- Assist with deliveries, inventory and product rotation.
