Who We Are

We are a growing technology retail business specialising in *Buying, selling and trading in smartphones, tablets, computers, smartwatches and accessories*.

We started in *February 2025* and have grown to *4 retail locations across Victoria*, with plans to continue expanding.

We’re a *small and ambitious company that strives for success*. As a small team, everyone plays an important part in our growth. We value people who are proactive, willing to learn, take ownership of their work and want to grow with the business.

What We’re Looking For

- Sales experience or a solid *sales-driven mindset*

- Excellent *customer service and communication skills*

- Friendly, approachable and confident with customers

- Strong *attention to detail*

- Interested in technology such as *iPhones, smartphones, tablets, MacBooks, smartwatches and accessories*

- Able to *work independently and manage a store/kiosk*

- Reliable, responsible and *trustworthy*





- Basic *Excel and computer skills*

- Previous experience handling customers, enquiries or complaints is beneficial

- Willing to learn about our products, pricing and processes

- Able to work a minimum of *2 shifts per week, including **weekdays and weekends on a rotating roster*

- Availability to commute to and work at both Broadmeadows Central and Tarneit Central**

- *Working visa holders are welcome to apply*

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

- Driving sales and identifying upselling opportunities

- Helping customers *Buy, Sell and Trade In their devices*

- Providing excellent customer service

- Handling stock, cash and transactions accurately

- Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the store

- Following daily store procedures

- Working independently and taking ownership of the store during your shift
