The Role:

- Manage a quality portfolio of approximately 160 properties
- No leasing, routine inspections or BDM required!
- End-to-end property management with dedicated VA support
- Lease renewals and rental arrears
- Processing maintenance and coordinating trades
- Managing landlord and tenant relationships
- Handling QCAT matters with management support




- Providing exceptional customer service and explicit communication
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

About You:

- Current Certificate of Registration is essential
- Ideally 1.5+ years' Property Management experience
- Positive, bubbly personality with a team-focused attitude
- Someone who is approachable, adaptable and receptive to feedback
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
