We are seeking a Manager to join our Business Advisory team. You will be responsible for:

- Managing a diverse portfolio of complex private clients across various industries, working alongside multiple partners
- Overseeing all compliance and advisory work for your portfolio, including QBCC reporting, annual accounts, tax returns, BAS, and regular advisory work
- Collaborating closely with partners to take ownership of day-to-day management responsibilities
- Supporting the ongoing improvement of processes, systems and document management practices
- Assisting with people leadership responsibilities, including coordinating offshore resources and helping create a collaborative, high-performing team environment
- Assisting with people leadership (including offshore staff), helping to create more capacity for senior leaders to focus on BD and strategic initiatives
- Offering strategic business advice to clients, delivering high‑quality outcomes and identifying opportunities to broaden client services
