The Role

As Storeperson, you will be responsible for implementing all operating and control policies and procedures with respect to food, beverage and general supplies for the Hotel. To ensure all stock is purchased in accordance with Hotel policy.

In addition, your day-to-day will look like the following:

- To ensure all stock is purchased in accordance with Hotel policy.
- Place daily purchasing of food, beverage and general supplies when required, from market lists and requisitions
- Maintain stock levels in relation to business demand
- Ensure all stock is stored or delivered in a timely and efficient manner
- Oversee the monthly stock-take process
- Ensure all invoices are processed on a daily basis

About You

Your are detail-orientated, meticulous and can work in a busy environment. Below skills would be preferred.

- Basic Food & Beverage knowledge and previous experience in a hotel
- Basic computer skills
- Previous stock control and receiving goods experience
- Accounting knowledge (not essential)

Pay & Conditions

This is a Level 3, Grade 2 position under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award with an additional Paradox Allowance.

Hours will be Monday - Friday, 30-35 hours per week.
