Job Description N n Retirement Living - Frankston South N Village Baxter is looking for a highly skilled and experienced EEN who likes some variety in their work, with good availability to cover planned leave over December and January. N We are seeking a skilledand caring EEN to assist residents within our large independent living village (415 units). The successful candidate will demonstrate a capacity to work both independently and within a supportive team structure. Alignment with the Village Baxter mission, vision and values is key to us, especially a commitment to the provision of quality care. This role would suit someone who brings a calm demeanour, a can-do attitude, ability to work under pressure and exceptional people skills. N Experience in a community and aged care facility environment is essential, along with an unrestricted driver's licence.



A vehicle is provided to enable travel around the Village to respond to emergency calls, as required. N Overnight, our Village Nurse is based in our 64-bed Aged Care Facility providing care and support for Manor residents while also being available to respond to any emergency pages as needed.
