N We're looking for a warm, caring and reliable Qualified Support Worker to join the BallyCara Melbourne Team and support older people in their own homes across Melbourne's northern suburbs. N We're looking for someone with: N n Availability across Monday to Friday. N Availability between 8.00am and 4.00pm. N A flexible approach to picking up additional shifts when opportunities arise. N n We have casual and permanent part-time employment for the right candidates. N What we're looking for N We'd love to hear from someone who: N n Has a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification. N Has experience supporting older people in aged care or community settings. N Enjoys getting to know people and building genuine connections. N Is compassionate, patient, dependable and happy to lend a hand. N Takes pride in providing respectful, person-centred care. N Can work independently while being part of a supportive team. N Current Driver's Licence N Reliable registered andcomprehensively insured vehicle N Current First Aid and CPR N National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one) N n n We'd love to meet you!
