This is a full time, on-site role working Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm, with no weekend work and on-site parking available.About the RoleYou will play a key role across customer service, administration and outbound sales.Your responsibilities will include:Processing and releasing customer invoices across our three national warehousesCompleting accurate data entry using Pronto ERPMaking outbound calls to targeted industrial and commercial businessesIntroducing customers to our range of strapping, steel and tape productsQualifying leads and booking appointments for the external sales teamResponding to inbound customer calls and emailsMaintaining call lists, sales activity and customer recordsSupporting the wider team with general administrationAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Previous experience in customer service, internal sales,
