Nnn They are seeking a Project Coordinator to join their Melbourne team on a contract basis, supporting experienced Project Managers across commercial fit out projects valued up to $2M. Nnn This is an opportunity to broaden your project delivery experience within a supportive, hands-on team. NnWhat you’ll do Nnn Assist with reviewing, negotiating and finalising subcontracts N Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and project documentation N Support Project Managers with day-to-day delivery,



both in the office and on site N Track project progress and help keep works aligned with programme and budget N Support multiple projects across Australia Nn What you’ll bring Nnn Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial fit out with a head contractor N Experience supporting projects valued up to $2M N Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills N The ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects N A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved N Availability to work full time for the duration of the contract Nn What’s on offer Nnn Contract opportunity with an established commercial fit out contractor N Monday to Friday working arrangements, with no weekend work N Melbourne CBD office, close to public transport N Support and guidance from experienced Project Managers N Sociable, collaborativeteam environment N Exposure to a variety of D&C; office and medical projects Nn Ready to apply?
