About the role

As Service Consultant , you'll be a key link between our customers and our workshop. You'll help assess vehicles, prepare quotes, recommend extra work where it's genuinely needed, and keep customers in the loop until their car is ready to go . Working alongside our Central Bookings team and Workshop Controller, you'll build your skills in a role where honesty and excellent servi ce go hand in hand.
