Melbourne Girls Grammar is seeking an experienced leader to join our Boarding House as Deputy Director of Boarding. Reporting to the Director of Boarding, this on-site role will oversee day-to-day operations and foster a protected, supportive residential environment for students.

You will lead a dedicated boarding staff, coordinate wellbeing initiatives, and work closely with families and school colleagues to promote student growth, wellbeing, and success.
