Wesley College Melbourne's Elsternwick campus is seeking a Head of Individual Needs to lead and develop the programs that support, include and empower our youngest learners from Prep to Year 9.

You will set strategic direction for student support and inclusion from ECLC to Year 9, lead a team of educators and support staff, teach in the Primary Individual Needs program, and build solid partnerships with families and specialists while upholding the College's Vision and Values.
