Who you’ll work for

A family-owned Tier 2 builder approaching 55 years in business, delivering $20M to $170M commercial projects across aged care, schools, police and emergency services facilities, Defence and industrial. Many of their people have been with them for well over a decade.

What you’ll do

- Support project teams to deliver work safely across Brisbane commercial construction sites
- Run site inspections and audits,



and coach site teams on secure work practices
- Review subcontractor SWMS and safety documentation
- Lead incident investigations and track corrective actions to close-out
- Deliver site inductions and toolbox talks
- Keep the integrated management system (ISO 45001) working on the ground, not just on paper

What you’ll bring

- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (minimum)
- HSE experience in commercial building or construction
- Working knowledge of the WHS Act 2011 (Qld) and construction codes of practice
- Confidence to influence site managers and subcontractors
- A track record of long tenure with your employers
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical
