We are seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to join a major infrastructure project in Dampier on a FIFO 2:1 roster. This is an opportunity to become part of a collaborative project team where culture, communication and field engagement are highly valued.

About the role:

- Support day-to-day safety activities across the project
- Conduct workplace inspections, audits and field interactions
- Facilitate pre-starts,



toolbox talks and safety initiatives
- Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions
- Participate in risk assessments and hazard management activities
- Provide practical safety advice and coaching to site personnel
- Build strong working relationships with employees, supervisors and contractors

We’re looking for:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Safety Advisor or HSE Advisor role
- Previous experience in Marine essential, or background in civil, construction, infrastructure desirable
- Certificate IV in WHS or equivalent
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence
