What youll do

- Partner with leaders to deliver strategic workforce and people plans
- Provide expert guidance across performance, ER/IR, and organisational development
- Lead initiatives that enhance culture, capability, and engagement




- Use datadriven insights to inform decisionmaking and continuous improvement
- Support change programmes and coach leaders through transformation

What youll bring

- Proven experience in a HRBP or senior advisory role
- Solid ER/IR knowledge and confidence navigating complex matters
- Ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
- Commercial acumen and a proactive, solutionsfocused mindset
- Passion for driving positive cultural and organisational outcomes
