Senior Customer Liaison Officer (Tallangatta)

In this role, you’ll:

- Provide high-level administrative support to the Director Infrastructure and Environment.
- Be a key point of contact for the community, helping resolve enquiries, following up actions and providing timely updates.
- Build strong relationships across Council to support smooth and effective service delivery.
- Help coordinate quality communications for Council projects and initiatives.

What we’re looking for:

- Relevant qualification in administration and/or demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service across phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, including the ability to prepare high-quality correspondence and reports.
- Demonstrated organisation and time management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities and challenging situations.
- Confident digital and administrative skills, including substantial experience with customer management systems, databases and other business applications.
