We’re looking for an Engineering & Technical Recruiter to join our Fortitude Valley team, working with existing clients and growing your own desk across engineering and technical disciplines.

The Appointment
This is a 360 recruitment role where you’ll build relationships, grow your desk and create great opportunities for clients and candidates.

You’ll be:

- Building relationships and growing your client and candidate network.
- Understanding people and businesses to make the right match beyond the CV.
- Managing the recruitment process from brief through to placement, solving problems along the way.
- Sharing ideas and celebrating wins as part of a team people genuinely enjoy working with.

The Appointee
You already understand recruitment and know how to build relationships, manage expectations and grow a desk.

We’re looking for someone who:
