You will utilise engineering principles, data analysis and continuous improvement methodologies to improve asset performance, reduce downtime and optimise maintenance outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimise maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and fleet performance.Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) activities.Analyse maintenance and asset performance data to identify improvement opportunities.Drive defect elimination and continuous improvement initiatives.Monitor equipment performance and provide technical recommendations to maintenance teams.Support equipment trials, investigations and reliability improvement projects.Develop reports, dashboards and business cases to support asset management decisions.Partner with site maintenance teams and key stakeholders to deliver measurable reliability improvements.
