AI Hospitality Solutions is growing on the Gold Coast! We’re looking for an experienced Senior Room Attendant or Housekeeping Team Leader to help lead our team at a boutique luxury property in Coolangatta.

The role

- Support and guide the housekeeping team.
- Check apartments to ensure five-star cleanliness and presentation.
- Help with cleaning when needed, particularly on quieter days.
- Take pride in the details that make a luxury stay special.

About You

- Previous experience in a housekeeping role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
