About Us

Kinyara Health is a business with a unique mission: to keep personal, local care alive for ageing Australians and people living with disability - helping individuals find their forever home care within one of our remarkable, community‑founded brands across New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia.

In the face of significant industry reform, we’ve doubled down on this commitment. As a result, Kinyara has grown at pace - expanding into the hearts and homes of more Australians, while staying true to the local care that defines us.

Our growing group operates through a distinctive service model, where long‑established community businesses (some with legacies of up to 45 years) have their histories and connections honoured. These local teams are supported by shared services and a technology‑forward approach that strengthens consistency and sustainability - without ever compromising client experience or community connection.

Through growth and transition, we remain deeply anchored to our purpose, quality standards and culture - creating an environment that attracts thoughtful, capable people who are motivated to do meaningful work and make a genuine impact.

About The Role

Join our team and be the first point of connection for individuals and families exploring home care.

The Client Relationship Specialist blends sales, service and genuine care. You’ll guide older Australians through one of the most important decisions they make, helping them understand their Support at Home options and confidently take their next step.

You’ll own the end-to-end client journey, from first enquiry through to onboarding, building trust, understanding needs and converting interest into meaningful, long-term care relationships.

This is a true community-facing role. You’ll be out on the road most days, meeting prospective clients in their homes, building relationships and creating real connection at the point it matters most. The current role scope is centred on in-home visits, with phone and community engagement supporting the broader client journey.

This role will suit someone who enjoys being on the road,

is comfortable with the pace and accountability of a performance-driven environment and takes pride in delivering outcomes without compromising the client experience. We take a“serve and solve” approach, focusing on understanding and meeting client needs first, with strong results following naturally. This approach is consistent with the broader care consultation model being built across Kinyara.

This is a highly field-based role, supporting clients across Melbourne’s Metro North and West, with most of your time spent in the community. You’ll have access to our Tullamarine and Balaclava offices, with WFH flexibility where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities Include

- Lead in-home consultations, understanding client needs and guiding them towards the right care solution
- Build trust with clients and families and help them make confident, informed decisions
- Conduct timely follow-up and progression of enquiries to maintain momentum
- Manage your own pipeline and prioritise activity to achieve consistent outcomes
- Work closely with Growth and local service teams to support a smooth transition into care
- Provide clear, practical information on services, pricing and onboarding requirements
- Maintain accurate client documentation and CRM records

About You

You’re someone who builds trust quickly and knows how to guide people through important decisions with confidence.

You’re commercially aware, but your approach is grounded in empathy and doing the right thing. You know how to move a conversation forward and achieve an outcome without losing sight of the person in front of you.

You’re comfortable in a fast-paced, high-ownership role. You take initiative, manage your time well and follow things through without needing close direction. Most importantly, you’ll genuinely enjoy being out on the road, meeting new people and building relationships face-to-face.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Also Have

- Experience in sales, business development,

customer service or another relationship-led role
- Confidence assessing needs and translating them into practical, tailored recommendations
- Solid communication, questioning and active listening skills
- The ability to manage a pipeline and maintain consistent follow-up
- Good organisation and confidence using CRM systems
- Sound judgement and a genuine care for the client experience

Experience in home care, healthcare or community services will be highly regarded, but isn’t essential. We’re equally open to a great salesperson with heart and a willingness to learn quickly.

Other Role Requirements

- Australian working rights.
- Driver licence and access to a registered and insured vehicle
- Background check: NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain)

About The Good Stuff

- A short-term incentive scheme aligned to performance and client outcomes
- A highly autonomous, field-based role where you can own your day and your results
- Novated leasing available to eligible employees
- Flexible working arrangements, balancing time on the road, at home and in the office
- The opportunity to build real relationships in the community, rather than spending your week behind a desk
- Join a growing organisation with strong support and genuine career development opportunities
- The opportunity to build your experience in a growing national home care group as the sector continues to evolve
- A values-led culture where “good care is good business” and the client always comes first

About The Process

Our recruitment process includes an initial phone screen, interviews with key stakeholders and a psychometric assessment. We aim to keep things transparent, well-paced and communicative throughout.

We'd also love to see a cover letter!

Tell us your story. We're interested in more than job titles and dates. We'd love to hear what motivates you, what excites you about this prospect and why you'd thrive in a team like ours! Help us understand the person behind the CV.

Apply now and join us on the journey to shaping the future of Australian home care.
